Tram of Barcelona

Barcelona's Tram or is one of the best kind of transport of the city.

It is always punctual, fast, comfortable and respectful with the environtment. 

Trams measured a total 32 feet long and can reach a speed of 70 km per hour. All of them have the warning system stops, and disabled access.

There are two different tram lines in the city, taking to nearby towns in the metropolitan area of Barcelona: the Trambaix and Trambesòs.  Visit the dedicated sections to know more about this two lines of tram.

Tickets - where to buy it

It's forming part of the integrated public transport network of Barcelona, so the fare is the same as the one for the metro or bus.

Lines of the Trambaix

The Trambaix has the T1, T2 and T3 lines.

This trams runs one of the main streets of Barcelona: Avinguda Diagonal, is useful if you want to go somewhere in this avenue, as the distances here are very long.

It goes from Plaça Francesc Macia to the small towns: Sant Martí de L'erm, Bon Viatge and Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

Start and end of the Tram T1: Francesc Macia - Bon Viatge.
Start and end of the Tram T2: Francesc Macia - Sant Martí de l'Erm.
Start and end of the Tram T3: Francesc Macia - Sant Feliu i County Council.

Trambesòs lines


Trambesòs has 3 lines: the T4, T5, T6 lines.

Route: It takes you from Ciutadella-Vila Olímpica to Badalona and Sant Adrià.

Start and end Tram T4: Ciutadella and Olympic Port - Sant Adrià.
Start and end Tram T5 Tram Glories - Gorg.
Start and end Tram T6: Sant Adrià - Gorg.
