Port of Barcelona

The Port of Barcelona has a total of nine terminals, seven of which are Cruise Terminals.

There are located in the vicinity of the port closest to La Rambla, the main street of the historical center of Barcelona.

If you arrive to Barcelona by sea, you can visit the nearby entertainment area of the Olympic Port, where you'll find absolutely everything: shopping areas, locals, bars and restaurants with many kind of seafood and fish specialties; cultural venues and cinemas, even the Casino Barcelona and the Aquarium.

How to get from the Port to Barcelona


If you arrive by boat to Barcelona you are clore to the city center, since the port is near the historic center but is not a walkable distance.

But please note that depending on  your arrival terminal you are recommended to  take a bus, because some of them are further. 

Blue Bus Shuttle
The Port of Barcelona offers you the so-called Blue Bus, which takes you to the Statue of Columbus Monument, in the street of La Rambla.

This is the main street in the Gothic Quarter, which connects the port to the Plaza de Catalunya, the center of the city.

Private Transfer

Terminal A - Muelle Adosado

This terminal incorporates the latest services and facilities for safety, comfort, passenger boarding and luggage.

Terminal B - Muelle Adosado

This terminal is ready to operate boats of 140,000 tons and 3,600 passengers , which are the largest in the world.
 
Terminal B has two main areas : security counters and baggage claim area. It is equipped with two runways of loading and unloading, and 4 mechanical conveyor belts bags.

Terminal C- Muelle Adosado


The area is 4,000 m2 and it has the lastest facilities to guarantee comfort and safety for all passangers.

Terminal D or Palacruceros - Muelle Adosado

Palacruceros is a modern facility with nearly 10,000 square meters, divided on two floors.

The terminal has a preferential use for Carnival Cruise grup .

These two terminals are integrated into the World Trade Center, a business center with all kinds of business services .

The North Terminal can receive  mid-size cruises , while the South Terminal can service any cruises .

It is the closest terminal to the city center , you can even go walking to the statue of Columbus Monument  from there (20min aprox)

Terminal M - Port Vell - Muelle Espanya

It is the smallest terminal , for cruises with smaller capacity and length .

This facility is very close to Maremàgnum leisure area, located in the Port Vell.

There you will find the IMAX 3D cinema , where you can watch movies in three dimensions and the Aquarium of Barcelona, ​​one of the best in Europe.

Barcelona Ferry Terminal - Muelle de Sant Bertran

Terminal Z - Drassanes - Muelle Adosados

Occasionally used as a cruise terminal, but is usually used to ferry services .
